‘How to order'
Orders can be placed by online on our retail website (for wholesale please call 07501 476894 or alternatively phone, email or post. There is no minimum order value. All prices inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
'Payment'
We accept most major credit/debit cards, via PayPal, You may also pay directly via a BACS transfer, please contact us for account details. Alternatively you can send a cheque with your order made payable to “Elaine Stapleton” and once the cheque has cleared your goods will be dispatched, usually 5 working days.
‘Delivery'
We aim to dispatch orders next working day. Delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail. For delivery outside of the UK carriage will be charged at cost. Please note custom charges may be payable locally on orders sent outside of the UK. Please contact us for further details.
‘Damaged Goods & Returns'
In the event of Dorothys Cards supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately.Damaged goods must be reported in 7 days. We
do not accept returned goods that are damaged.We do not operate a sale or return policy.
‘Availability
We endeavour to have the items you want available for delivery as soon as you order them. If an item is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option to either remove the item from your order, or substitute another item.
‘Pricing'
The prices quoted are correct at time of going to press. Dorothys Cards reserves the right to change prices at any time.
